The National Registry EMS Research Fellowship

The EMS Research Fellowship program consists of full-time employment with the National Registry while pursuing a PhD through the College of Public Health at The Ohio State University. This position is contingent on acceptance into a PhD program and would require relocation to Columbus, OH for the program's duration, which is typically four (4) years.

The Fellowship covers all costs associated with the PhD program (tuition, parking, fees, etc.) and comes with full benefits as a National Registry employee. The National Registry research Director, Dr. Ashish Panchal, will also be a PhD mentor throughout the program.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and a master’s is preferred. National EMS certification (EMT level or above) is preferred.
